1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gc88 ("gc88," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your use of the gc88 website at gc88.bio and all related services, games, applications, and features offered by gc88 (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing gc88.bio, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, creating a gc88 account, or using any part of the gc88 Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the gc88 platform and close your account if one exists.

gc88 operates under authorization from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to Philippine law. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use gc88 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of gc88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from gc88 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number or email address, and date of birth.

gc88 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

gc88 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires you to submit:

• A clear, valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, UMID, or postal ID).
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name).
• Additional documentation as may be requested by gc88's compliance team, including but not limited to proof of source of funds for large transactions.

gc88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within twenty-four (24) hours of document submission. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will be held pending. gc88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals indefinitely pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents is a serious offense under Philippine law and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

gc88 supports the following payment methods for players in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and InstaPay-linked bank transfers. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per transaction apply as set out in gc88's cashier section.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Currency: All transactions on gc88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

All deposits and withdrawals must be made in your own name using payment accounts registered to you personally. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gc88 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source and suspend the account if a third-party payment is detected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gc88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.

6. Game Rules and Betting

You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

The gc88 trademark and all related marks displayed on the platform are registered or common-law trademarks of gc88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use gc88's Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of gc88's platform or content for commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the gc88 Services — even if gc88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gc88's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your gc88 wallet at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

gc88 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, or that it will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

gc88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's data handling requirements. The collection and use of your personal information is described in detail in the gc88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By creating a gc88 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

gc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Duplicate account activity.

Upon account termination for cause, gc88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where legally permitted, any real-money funds in the account where those funds are linked to prohibited conduct. Legitimate real-money balances in accounts closed for non-cause reasons will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their gc88 account may do so by contacting gc88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be settled before account closure is finalized.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any such dispute.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed activities, players may also seek resolution through PAGCOR's official player complaint mechanism. gc88 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

Prior to initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceedings, you agree to contact gc88 support and allow gc88 a period of thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally. gc88 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
